Stakeless Step Form

The E-ZBAR Stakeless step form system is designed to create an elevation step in a reinforced concrete slab without form stakes. Our system uses the weight of the reinforcing steel as a deadman to anchor our light duty form ties which are adjustable for line and grade. The coil rod for the vertical supports can be removed during the finishing operation and the horizontal ties can be removed after the concrete hardens using a cordless drill.

The majority of the components can be reused after the form is stripped, the consumable cost for buried components at each tie is $0.80.
